Purpose of 2024 AKUS Youth Art Contest
The theme of the 2024 AKUS Contest is "The Korea-U.S. Alliance." This competition aims to inform and educate children about the strong bond and trust between South Korea and the United States as brother nations. Through this contest, we hope to provide future young artists with opportunities to develop progressive, creative, and original thinking and expressive skills, as well as to communicate and interact through culture.

This contest will serve as a platform for children and teenagers to showcase their artistic talents and express the importance and value of the Korea-U.S. alliance through their artwork. By shedding new light on the deep friendship and cooperative relationship between the two countries through art, we aim to support participants in growing through the process of bringing their creative ideas to life.

With the support of the AKUS branch presidents and the Republic of Korea AKUS, our association is hosting the "2024 International Youth Art Exhibition on the Theme of the Korea-U.S. Alliance." We ask for your active participation and interest in this meaningful event, which aims to embody the purpose of this contest. This competition will be a significant challenge and opportunity for all young people who love art. We hope that participants will freely express their creativity, respect each other's cultures and values, and dream of a better future through art.
